Due to the nature of our products, all peptides and consumable items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility. This is to ensure product safety, integrity, and quality control.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
-Photos of the product and packaging
-Description of the issue
-Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide:
-A prepaid return label (if applicable)
-A replacement or store credit once the incorrect item is inspected
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened products
-Used items
-Peptides, supplements, or consumables
-Items without original packaging
-Products purchased through unauthorized sellers
All consumable items are final sale.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (for cases that qualify), it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
